Job Description
Our Clients lovely large and busy nursery in Watford on great transport links are looking for an experienced senior practitioner to support and lead a busy room. Great salary is being offered c 28k plus plus loads of great benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
