You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailp Operational Excellence Manager The Senior Manager Operational Excellence for Cloud Professional Services CProServ plays a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring the delivery of high quality services across all cloud projects This position is responsible for optimizing processes resources and methodologies to consistently deliver efficient and effective cloud related services The Role include ensuring the deployment of qualified Project Managers PMs standardizing tools and methods and enhancing the capabilities of the Project Management Office PMO The ideal candidate will be an expert in cloud technologies project management and operational excellence with a strong background in leading continuous improvement initiatives The person has opportunities to advance into Head of Operational Excellence role leading a team of resource across the world This role is integral to the success of the organization s professional services offerings and contributes to its reputation as a leader in the cloud services industry Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering Business Administration or a related field A Master s degree or MBA is preferred Professional certifications in Project Management e g PMP PRINCE2 and Operational Excellence e g Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in operational excellence and project management within the IT or Cloud Services industry At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing project management and operational efficiency initiatives Proven track record in managing large scale cloud migration implementation or transformation projects Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive change and influence outcomes Expertise in cloud platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud and related services Proficient in using project management tools e g MS Project JIRA and data analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting Excellent problem solving communication and interpersonal skills Should be good at strategic leadership operational efficiency customer centric focus Quality and risk management Continous Improvement and Innovation Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Data Driven Decision Making p
