You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Specialist of Transformation Logistics supports and executes transformation initiatives to enhance the efficiency scalability and agility of logistics operations. Reporting to the Head of Transformation this role plays a critical part in delivering structural process and strategic changes. The Senior Specialist works crossfunctionally with teams such as Compliance Legal Product and Operations to implement highimpact projects that align with the companys strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
Lead and manage the endtoend delivery of transformation projects within logistics operations ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines resources budgets and effectively track progress against milestones.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Utilise project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor project performance analyse results and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency scalability and agility.
Change Management and Process Improvement:
Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions for structural and process changes.
Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
Collaborate on the alignment of new processes and structures with business objectives.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Compliance Legal HR Product and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure alignment and support for projects.
DataDriven Insights and Reporting:
Analyse data to identify opportunities for operational improvement and measure the success of transformation efforts.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results.
Use insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Team:
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of experience in project management with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes in complex environments
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in highgrowth fastpaced environments preferably within marketplace models or largescale logistics operations.
Familiarity with organisational design and change management practices.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse global teams and navigate crosscultural environments.
Experience or knowledge of logistics operations is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
