Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Draftsperson with specialized experience in creating fa ade cladding shop drawings using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and precise drawings for fa ade cladding systems ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. This role requires expertise in fa ade cladding design proficiency in AutoCAD and strong attention to detail.
- Prepare detailed fa ade cladding shop drawings using AutoCAD including elevations sections and details.
- Interpret architectural and engineering plans ensuring accuracy in the representation of fa ade systems.
- Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to ensure shop drawings meet project requirements and timelines.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from design teams clients or project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards building codes and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators to ensure proper implementation of shop drawings during the construction phase.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies related to the fa ade cladding design and installation.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- Bachelor s Degree in Drafting Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in drafting with a focus on fa ade cladding shop drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong understanding of fa ade cladding systems materials and installation methods.
- Ability to interpret and work with architectural and structural plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g. Revit SketchUp SolidWorks) is a plus but not required

- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
