JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging your team and personal selling
skills. Ensure timely closure of leads provided by the company.
Team Handling: Lead and guide CSC team of District managers representatives & VLE s to achieve
their targets and contribute to overall team success. Mentor new team members and align them with
company values and deliverables.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between CSCs and the company ensuring effective communication and
collaboration. Facilitate lead generation policy issuance and overall customer onboarding process.
Customer Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough customer requirement gathering and analysis to
tailor suitable product pitches. Understand the needs of potential customers and present them with
appropriate insurance solutions.
Objection Handling: Address customer objections and grievances promptly and effectively. Provide
timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
TieUp Management: Manage relationships with tieup banks and NonBanking Financial Companies
(NBFCs). Utilize these partnerships to expand the customer base and drive sales.
Good communication skills are essential. Must possess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.
Education
Must be a graduate from any stream.
