Seeking a creative and strategicminded Marketing Manager to join its dynamic sales and marketing team for a heavy industrial equipment manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate is customercentric with a focus on great responsiveness to internal and external customers while always looking to improve the capabilities and processes. You have strong analytical skills for market analysis as well as creative capabilities for the promotion aspects needed.
What you will do:
Lead a team focused on analytical work for sales market share and market research as well as promotional focus for tradeshow management literature website and dealer promotion support.
- Organize and maintain information to support the fiscal business plans and sales forecast development
- Collect information and data to produce consolidated weekly and monthly reports
- Administer system price changes as well as adding new product pricing
- Support the CRM system to ensure value
- Support and continuous improvement of the Customer Portal
- Provide recommendations based on data collection and analysis to support business decisions within the sales team
- Create and design new and updated promotional materials (literature videos advertising mailers)
- Provide dealer support and materials for ads and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update the companys website with company and product news and updates
- Administer the companys promotional merchandise/giveaways
- Lead tradeshow coordination
- Support the creation and improvement of training materials
- Create and oversee the company and product branding and style guide
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or similar field
- Strong leadership skills are a must a minimum of 5 years management experience in marketing.
- At least 7 years working with B2B Digital Marketing in the USA
- Demonstrated team building skills
- Proficiency with Office; Adobe Design Software Websites
- Having a Salesforce certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and Word and Power BI
- Able to successfully manage multiple prioritized projects with a sense of drive and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage vendors
- Ability to travel internationally
- Experience in the mining and construction industries is preferred.
