VMA Promotional Products are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Consultant to help in the daytoday operation of our business. You will be taking & making calls and talking to clients and helping them in their selection of products talking to distributors and organising shipments etc.
While age is not important your attitude is so we are looking for a hardworking individual with a can do attitude to grow with us.
This is a parttime role (min. of 6 hrs per day) with a growing company which will evolve into a fulltime position.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a willingness to call existing clients on a daily basis to secure new orders
- Proactive and effectively manage client orders and followups
- Ensure all leads are entered into the CRM effectively ensuring detailed notes are logged along with the phone calls
- Set reminders and followups as required
- Schedule and track orders manage freight and delivery and keep the client fully informed
- Provide Face to Face & Phone support in a courteous & professional manner
- Provide effective and timely follow up of all client queries to ensure all customer needs are met &/or exceeded
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments
- You do not need a university degree just common sense

- You must be 100% fluent in English &
- LIVE IN AUSTRALIA ON THE GOLD COAST (or moving here soon).
