Job Position: MIG/FluxWelder
Location:Tulsa OK 74115
Pay Rate:$20.42 $26.71/hr Shift Differential
Shift:2nd Shift Monday Thursday 4:30 PM 3:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented MIG/FluxWelder to join our team in Tulsa OK. The ideal candidate must have experience with TIG MIG and Fluxcore welding processes and the ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Fitter welding experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Welding Expertise:
- Perform MIG TIG and Fluxcore welding tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Execute welding operations based on blueprints specifications and work orders.
- Conduct proper fitting and welding operations to ensure quality output.
- Blueprint Interpretation:
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and weld symbols.
- Ensure precise weld placements according to specifications.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect finished welds to meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all work processes.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist team members as needed and ensure timely project completion.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience (MIG TIG Fluxcore).
- Prior experience with fitting is a plus.
- Education & Testing:
- Must pass a written weld test which includes:
- Print reading
- General welding knowledge
- Fractions/decimals
- Weld symbols
- Practical test: 3G plate test with a backer.
- Must pass a written weld test which includes:
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
