Job Description

#SocialMediaManager
SALARY: $23 $28 per hour
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing implementing and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness drive engagement and support overall marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms content creation and audience engagement strategies. The Social Media Manager will be expected to collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Create execute and refine a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Develop curate and manage highquality content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram).
Develop and implement crisis response strategies to address negative feedback or public relations issues promptly.
Monitor social media trends tools and best practices to keep the brand on the cutting edge.
Prepare detailed reports on social media metrics such as engagement reach and conversion rates to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with marketing sales and customer service teams to align messaging and promotions across all channels.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite Sprout Social).
Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to write and edit compelling onbrand content for various social media platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with followers and internal teams.
Proven track record of growing social media presence engagement and community management.
Experience with paid social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads Instagram Ads) is a plus.
