Job Description
This is a remote position.
Client Time: Hollywood FL
Job Description: As a Shopify Frontend Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Shopifybased ecommerce websites. You will work closely with our design and project teams to implement new features optimize performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure our websites look great on all devices.
- Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional web pages.
- Optimize website performance and ensure fast load times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development.
- 34 years of proven experience as a Shopify Frontend Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Liquid HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of React and its ecosystem.
- Experience with responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with other ecommerce platforms and technologies.
- Experience with Shopify Hydrogen.
