About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with CRM management and administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in Airtable as well as strong skills in calendar and email management. While the tasks are straightforward we are looking for someone proactive reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM records in Airtable with accuracy.
- Handle calendar scheduling ensuring meetings and appointments are wellcoordinated.
- Monitor and organize emails flagging important messages and responding as needed.
- Perform general administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in CRM management (Airtable preferred).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in virtual assistance or administrative support is a plus.
