About the Role:

We are seeking a 10x Engineer and Individual Contributor with expertise in Node.js Flutter React Python and machine learning technologies. Also knowledge of Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations WebSocket and eventdriven architectures and security compliance for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. As a senior engineer youll be instrumental in designing developing and securing platforms endtoend features and integrations ensuring our services are performant scalable and compliant. Youll work closely with engineering product and compliance teams to implement solutions that provide secure seamless experiences to the companys users.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a 10x engineer delivering highquality impactful code and technical solutions that meet business and compliance needs.
• Develop maintain and optimize web and mobile applications using React Flutter and Node.js. Implement robust responsive and secure features across both client and server.
• Design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python with a focus on security scalability and eventdriven architecture.
• Develop test and maintain integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams including building custom bots interactive workflows and notifications. Ensure smooth and reliable user experiences within these environments.
• Architect and develop eventdriven systems and websocket implementations to support realtime features and data flow across the platform ensuring low latency and high responsiveness.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to implement necessary changes and audits to meet SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. Ensure the platforms security posture is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Work with the ML team to deploy and optimize machine learning models for production ensuring data security and privacy compliance.
• Set best practices in security architecture and code quality. Mentor other engineers perform code reviews and promote a culture of engineering excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design Compliance and ML teams to translate requirements into secure compliant and usercentric technical solutions.
• Take ownership of platform scalability and security improvements actively auditing and implementing updates to ensure best practices in compliance security and performance.

Requirements:

• Required skills: Node.js AWS Next.js React DevOps knowledge of ISO 27001/27018 or SOC 2 certifications.
• Strongly appreciated: eventdriven frameworks Slack and Teams integrations ML/NLP and LLMs Python AWS Lambda.
• Experience: 4 years of fullstack development experience with a proven track record of individual contributions and delivering in complianceoriented environments.
• DevOps and Cloud Security: Familiarity with CI/CD containerization (Docker) and cloud providers (AWS GCP or Azure) with an understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Agile Development: Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Git and Jira in a secure complianceoriented environment.
• Tech Stack Expertise:
  • Frontend: Proficiency in React with experience in creating secure responsive and performant UIs.
  • Backend: Expertlevel knowledge in Node.js for backend development focusing on scalable APIs microservices and eventdriven architecture.
  • Python: Experience with Python for data handling API development and secure ML model implementation.
• Compliance Knowledge:
  • SOC 2 & ISO 27001 ISO 27018: Experience in auditing implementing and maintaining compliance standards to achieve SOC 2 ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certifications. Familiarity with data protection risk assessment and security controls.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of secure coding practices identity management encryption and secure API design.
• Integration & RealTime Experience:
• Slack and Microsoft Teams: Proficiency in building and managing integrations with Slack and Teams including bot development webhooks and interactive components.
• Websocket & EventDriven Architecture: Proven experience implementing websocket communication eventdriven architectures and realtime systems to support interactive and scalable applications.
