Job Description
EAG has a great remote opportunity for an Accounting Administrator to join the Finance Shared Services team.
Key responsibilities:
- Create invoices for multiple sites
- Provide invoicing support to team members both in and outside of the Shared Services team
- Coordinate purchase order activity with multiple sites
- Assist with collections as needed
- Ad hoc individual assignments and team projects
Qualifications :
- 1 3 years of Accounting or related experience
- Selfstarter proactive organized and ability to work independently
- Passion for continuous learning growth improvement and development
- Highly analytical and inquisitive orientation to research business issues and identify solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a natural desire to create and strengthen relationships collaborate on teams and provide excellent customer service
- A curiosity and strong desire to leverage technology; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
The successful candidate will:
- Plan organize and prioritize to complete multiple tasks or projects
This position works with companies that deal with defenserelated activities and is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). All accepted applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR:
- U.S. Citizen

Additional Information :
Compensation: $19/hr. $22/hr. (Salary is commensurate with experience and degree of expertise.)
