Job Description
We have an opening for the position of NOC Engineer L1 in Airoli Navi Mumbai
Position : NOC Engineer L1
Location : Airoli Navi Mumbai
Education : Diploma or Any graduate
Experience : 1 to 3 years
Job responsibilities :
In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
Knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS MPLS based VPNs BGP OSPF QoS NAT Multicast.
You possess expert level expertise in Routing Switching including L2/L3 protocols and SDWAN
products (Cisco Juniper Extreme Aruba)
Knowledge on Linux administration.
Oversee the SDWAN managed service for customer ensuring that configurations are optimized.
Manage customer s configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or applications.
Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high & all priority issues and ensure that they are resolved within the timeframes set by service level agreements.
Handle customers technical enquiries as well as servicerelated enquiries.
Ensuring SDWAN network infrastructure is working at optimal levels.
Participate in critical maintenance windows and to open and track TAC cases through to problem resolution on pre and post production issues.
To raise equipment Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and to track these through to problem resolution.
