Job Description
Embark on an exciting career as a Night Shift Property Management Assistant in the fastpaced world of luxury vacation rentals. You ll be entrusted with managing vital backend tasks providing topnotch guest support and contributing to the overall success of our vacation rental portfolio. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and support during evening hours managing communications across multiple channels including chat email and phone
- Efficiently update and maintain reservation details ensuring accuracy in guest counts additional fees and special requests
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any urgent repair needs ensuring prompt resolution of property issues
- Process and collect payments for additional services such as pet fees or pool heating charges maintaining financial accuracy
- Provide creative problemsolving support for guest issues that arise during night hours enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Facilitate a smooth transition of tasks from the day shift ensuring continuity in guest service and operational efficiency
- Utilize property management software and communication tools to maintain uptodate records and streamline operations
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by anticipating needs and proactively addressing potential concerns
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism in all interactions
- Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service with a knack for finding creative solutions
- Proficiency in using property management software and communication tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced everchanging environment
- Previous customer service experience preferably in hospitality property management or a related field
- Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday from 2 PM to 10 PM Eastern Time with a positive attitude towards nontraditional hours
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to contribute to exceptional guest experiences
