What you will be doing:
- Maintain good customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention while employing business strategies to enhance product adoption retention upselling contract adherence and growth.
- Introduce new products to customers provide coaching and training on product features and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Build trust by being responsive to customers and recognising their contributions while also tracking and ensuring prompt resolution of customer support tickets.
- Conduct web sessions for troubleshooting and issue resolution collaborating with other teams when necessary.
- Work with Account Directors Sales and Professional Services to deliver value to customers.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal.
- 5 years experience working directly with customers and partners.
- Proven ability to analyse situations identify key objectives and propose effective action plans.
- Excellent communication skills including written verbal presentation and negotiation.
- Strong project planning and management skills with experience in proposals and RFPs a plus.
- Proficient in Office 365 with experience in SharePoint Online and Customer Success software.
