Job Description
This is a remote position.
Legacy Roofing Services one of the largest and most respected roofing service providers in Ohio is currently looking for an experienced estimator to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for completing roof evaluations and estimating developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience in commercial roofing consulting and cost estimating.
Duties and Responsibilities
.
Efficiently and accurately complete all phases of the estimating process for commercial roofing projects.

Work closely with the members of the sales operations and purchasing teams to generate detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects on the basis of start and completion times staffing requirements and materials.

Continuously identify and implement ways to improve our estimating process and procedures.
Requirements
.
Bachelor s degree in business or relevant field is preferred.
.
Experience in Edge construction estimating software is required.
.
Five years of experience in commercial roofing is required.
.
Strong computer proficiency
.
Exceptional communication abilities
.
Thoroughness and reliability
.
Excellent organizational skills
