Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delphi Software Developer with expertise in designing and developing presentation layers 3D rendering and integrating opensource plugins. The ideal candidate will also possess strong knowledge of C# XMLbased storage systems and interface development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Software Development: o Design develop and maintain highquality applications using Delphi. o Build and optimize presentation layers ensuring visually appealing and responsive user interfaces. o Implement 3D rendering features using Delphi and integrate opensource plugins as needed. o Bug fixing environment cloning and deployment of Delphi applications. 2. 3D Rendering and Visualization: o Utilize 3D rendering techniques and tools compatible with Delphi (e.g. FireMonkey OpenGL or DirectX). o Create dynamic and interactive 3D components and visualizations for applications. 3. Integration and Interfacing: o Develop and integrate XMLbased storage systems and interfaces for seamless data exchange. o Collaborate on C# components to ensure interoperability with Delphi applications. 4. Plugin Development and Utilization: o Research integrate and customize opensource plugins to extend application functionality. o Ensure compatibility and performance optimization when using thirdparty tools and libraries. 5. Code Quality and Best Practices: o Write clean maintainable and efficient code following industry standards. o Conduct code reviews and optimize for performance and scalability. 6. Collaboration and Mentorship: o Work closely with crossfunctional teams including designers QA engineers and other developers to deliver highquality solutions. 7. Problem Solving and Innovation: o Troubleshoot complex issues in 3D rendering UI and data interfaces. o Explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance and functionality. Qualifications: 1. Technical Expertise: o 5 years of experience in Delphi development with a focus on presentation layers and UI design. o Strong knowledge of 3D rendering techniques and frameworks (e.g. FireMonkey OpenGL). o Handson experience with opensource plugins and their integration into Delphi projects. o Proficiency in C# for interoperability and complementary development tasks. o Experience with XMLbased storage systems and interface design. 2. ProblemSolving Skills: o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges effectively. 3. Other Skills: o Strong understanding of objectoriented programming and design patterns. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Selfmotivated with a strong focus on delivering quality work. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks is a plus. Work Environment: Flexible work arrangements.
