Responsibilities
- Install maintain and repair HVAC/R systems including heating units air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues and ensure efficient operation.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical components and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational functions.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
- Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment repairs effectively.
- Experience in welding is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A Valid drivers license may be required for travel between job sites.
