Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and business process modelling with the ability to analyse business needs and drive strategic initiatives. A design thinking approach is a plus helping to develop innovative and usercentred solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain business process models to streamline workflows and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and business objectives.
- Support project management activities ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation.
- Develop reports dashboards and data visualizations to support decisionmaking.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to enhance problemsolving and innovation as a plus.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis consulting or a related role.
- Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN UML or similar frameworks).
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau or similar.
- Experience with Figma Miro and other design tools is a plus.
