Job Description
One of our clients is seeking two skilled Business Analysts to join the Business Analytics and Testing Support Team. The selected candidates will work on IT projects supporting both Agile (Sprint) and traditional Waterfall methodologies within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
This is a fastpaced role that requires handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring highquality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong business process analysis skills experience in Agile methodologies and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with project teams and business stakeholders to analyze business processes and system pain points.
- Develop expertise in the organizations business applications and identify system gaps.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to determine technical and business solutions.
- Document current and future business processes using process flows context diagrams and data flow diagrams.
- Create Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Decompose requirements into Epics and Features ensuring clarity for technical teams.
- Organize and maintain Product and Sprint backlogs in Agile environments.
- Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes using Balsamiq or similar tools.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test objectives test cases and coordinating test execution.
- Ensure compliance with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for process improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Skills (Highly Desired)
- CBAP or CSPO Certification
- Experience using Team Foundation Server for Agile software development & work tracking
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. TestComplete)
- Expertise in Power Platform (2 years)
Additional Information
- OnSite Requirement: 23 days per week (parking not provided; candidates must purchase parking).
- Local candidates only (Remote work is not available for this role).
