Job Description:

TriVA Global is seeking a dedicated and resultsdriven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with a strong understanding of sourcing interviewing and hiring top talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring that TriVA Global continues to attract and retain the best professionals to drive our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates using various channels including job boards social media referrals and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating feedback and extending offers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive organized and detailoriented approach to work.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
