Job Description:
TriVA Global is seeking a dedicated and resultsdriven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with a strong understanding of sourcing interviewing and hiring top talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring that TriVA Global continues to attract and retain the best professionals to drive our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates using various channels including job boards social media referrals and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating feedback and extending offers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive organized and detailoriented approach to work.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
