Role Overview:
The Senior Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales excellent communication skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
4 to 5 Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
