The client is a successful ecommerce company that manages multiple brands in the digital retail space. Its marketing operations are expanding and it needs a skilled specialist to join its team!
Role Overview
We seek a resourceful Ads Operations Specialist to manage highvolume paid social campaigns and streamline our clients marketing processes. This role is perfect for someone who loves data thrives on organization and has experience juggling multiple priorities.
Your DaytoDay:
- Manage 5080 paid social campaigns monthly across 17 brands
- Handle monthly budgets exceeding $150000
- Create and maintain automated pacing reports
- Execute organic social media campaigns
- Develop and maintain sophisticated budgettracking systems
- Generate performance reports for stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance on marketing materials
NOTE: There is an entire team for content production. This role is primarily strategizing managing monitoring and reporting.
Required Skills:
- 4 years of paid social media campaign management
- Advanced Excel skills (VLookup pivot tables automation)
- Strong proficiency in META and TikTok platforms
- Experience with highvolume campaign management
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Slack
- Airtable or similar project management tool experience
Schedule & Requirements:
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Time
- Must be available during US Central Time business hours
- Stable internet connection required
- Dedicated workspace
