Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bath.
In this role you will be instrumental in planning executing and overseeing complex operational projects that drive efficiency and enhance our organisations performance. You will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project plans schedules and budgets using project management software and methodologies. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify project requirements resources and potential risks and conduct regular project status meetings to provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in project management preferably in operations
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello)
The successful candidate will:
- Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Utilise strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Have experience in risk management budget management and resource allocation
- Have experience in leading process improvement initiatives
- Will be familiar with manufacturing supply chain and logistics
