Job Summary/Objective: this role is responsible for leading a client needs and building professional business strategies Develop and implementing technology strategies that support the overall business goals of clients. brining the gap between business and technology. And helps Sales team on develop client business relationships and ensuring the successful presenting of technology and solutions. This role helps enhance sales team capability skills collaborating with stakeholders BDM Presales and driving opportunities with sales team.
Requirements
Adoption and Change Management Strategy
- Develop and execute tailored adoption and change management plans for Microsoft 365 and Copilot implementations.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key users influencers and champions.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure adoption success and user engagement.
- Build communication plans to inform and engage users throughout the transition.
EndUser Training and Enablement
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for endusers focusing on key features of Microsoft 365 apps and Copilot.
- Host workshops webinars and handson sessions to improve user proficiency and confidence.
- Create userfriendly documentation guides and FAQs to support selflearning.
Customer Engagement and Support
- Work directly with customers to understand their unique business needs and align adoption efforts accordingly.
- Provide postdeployment support to address challenges and improve adoption rates.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure technical readiness aligns with adoption goals.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Gather user feedback to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement enhancements to training and change management processes.
- Stay updated on Microsoft 365 and Copilot feature updates and incorporate them into training materials.
Qualifications:
Educational Background
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT Organizational Psychology or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in adoption and change management preferably with Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Microsoft Teams SharePoint OneDrive and Copilot.
- Proven success in driving adoption in enterprise or SMB environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and Modern Workplace concepts.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks like Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies.
- Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Viva for employee engagement and analytics.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a usercentric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
- Prosci Change Management Certification.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- User adoption rate within the defined timelines.
- Number of training sessions delivered and attendance levels.
- Customer satisfaction scores related to adoption and enablement.
- Reduction in helpdesk tickets related to Microsoft 365 usage.
- Percentage improvement in productivity metrics postadoption.
Candidate Experience To excel in this position, you will need to: Certification Requirements Bachelor s degree in business administration or equivalent. Technical Skills 2+ years of experience in supply chain / logistics / order fulfillment. Experience in IT industry, software and service delivery is plus. Previous experience in CRM/ERP systems, ex. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Personal Skills High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Being able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work to tight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent in Arabic and English.
