Tasks
Position Overview:
As an Online Chat Representative youll be the friendly voice of our company assisting customers through live chat. Your goal To provide topnotch service and ensure every customer leaves with a smile!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about our services pricing and delivery options.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on company policies and service offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus!
Excellent written communication skills and a knack for friendly conversation.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with chat software and basic computer skills.
Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but were happy to train the right candidate!
