JOB ROLE:
1. Handling front desk
2. Managing Vendors Event Fabricators Electricians and end to end Marketing Events related Activities
3. Handling Attendance compilation from CRM & Biometric
4. Employee Engagement: coordinating & Conducting the festivals event in the office Grievance Handling
5. Travel Bookings Air and Accommodation Domestic and International Visa Processing
9. Maintaining Muster roll employee registers Visitor registers and all Documentation required in compliance with labour laws.
10. Handling Courier & Inventory Movement
General administration: ticking booking / Vendor management/checking & finalization of bills/ coordinating with the team and taking care of bill payments/ recharging the employee corporate numbers / Visiting cards/ followup with the tenants / coordinating with office assistance and arrange the things related hygiene & safety of the employees/ Coordinating with buildingrelated issues/ front office related issue.
