Technical Lead/ Technical Manager
About IntegraConnect Integra Connect delivers a comprehensive integrated suite of cloudbased technologies and services that enable specialty groups to optimize clinical and financial performance as reimbursement shifts to valuebased models. Connected by the IntegraCloud platform the company’s core applications span population health including care management; advanced analytics; medication therapy management; specialtyspecific EHR; practice management; and revenue cycle management. All are designed to help specialty practices transform operationally in adherence with complex regulations including MACRA program requirements. Integra Connect partners with large groups in the U.S. focused on oncology and urology as well as with other key healthcare constituents including emergency medical services firms hospitalist groups and life sciences companies. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Technical Manager is expected to manage a small scrum team and mentor and provide technical expertise to the team. The position is an individual contributor role. Responsibilities include:
Handson leader for a team project or set of large tasks in a large and complex software development system. Be a teacher and a learner and help advance the technical capability of the team
Collaborate with the product team to design develop and support the functional implementation
Write disciplined secure and highly performant code following industry best practices
Provide estimates for work assignments to deliver solutions Work with geographically dispersed teams using agile/scrum framework Assist with new employee onboarding including shadowing training on
development and deployment environments and providing general mentoring and support
Take ownership and continuously look for opportunities improve the overall quality competency and efficiency of the development team
Having handson experience in designing solution and take architectural decision independently

QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements
A Bachelor/master's degree in computer science or equivalent field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and logical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences 7 years of handson experience in .net full stack Experience in design principles Service oriented architecture and patterns Experience in developing front end interface through MVC/Angular framework Experience in writing complex queries and stored procedures Sound knowledge in Data warehouse concepts Experience in building complex features and enhancements that solve critical
business needs Ability to manage and prioritize the tasks Willingness to work in fast paced small teams and startups
Preference
Experience in developing software applications in healthcare Familiarity with the healthcare delivery mobile health and the general direction
in which healthcare is headed Experience working in a SaaS environment using either public (Azure AWS etc.)
or private cloud
