Job Description

Job Title:Commercial Sales Manager

Location:Catoosa OK

Pay:$108k Annually

Shift:Day Shift

Employment Type:Direct Hire

Purpose of the Role

The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing sales strategies building and maintaining customer relationships and driving revenue growth. This role involves identifying market opportunities managing key accounts and collaborating with teams to ensure the companys heat exchanger solutions align with client needs and industry demands.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit sales quotations to customers including:
    • Thermal design
    • Costing
    • Specification review and clarifications
  • Research and communicate customer needs to develop competitive and applicable offerings.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure orders while ensuring:
    • Company profitability
    • Feasibility of fabrication within quotation constraints
  • Assign quotations and provide multipliers to the Sales Department.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of:
    • Terms and Conditions
    • Large project negotiations
  • Document sales activities of assigned proposals within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Adhere to the requirements of the Tender Review and Approval Process.
  • Attend design verification meetings as needed to facilitate successful order transitions to project teams.
  • Stay updated on:
    • Industry trends
    • Government regulations
    • Company shop capabilities
  • Source and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with subsuppliers during the quotation stage.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning.
  • Develop and maintain professional and cooperative communication across all levels of staff and customers.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field from a fouryear college or university.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • Regular and punctual attendance with the ability to work onsite as required.
  • Ability to:
    • Perform multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Collaborate and interchange responsibilities within the department.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to:
    • Work cooperatively with others.
    • Engage respectfully with customers vendors employees and executive management.
