Unified Restorations is part of Anthony Corporate Enterprises which is a Dallas / Fort Worth company that focuses on restoration remediation and associated services for insurance carriers and contractors. We are an emergency response restoration company specializing in the return of compromised property to their perloss condition. Unified Restorations focuses on textiles and electronic goods damaged by water smoke or breakage.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Unified Restorations President in the growth of the company. Provide direction and insight to President on how to manage and improve the delivery of services to our customers.
- Meet sales objectives for self and reporting sales team (revenue and interactions).
- Respond to the needs of our customers and build relationships with our clients.
- Prospect for new contacts building and maintaining existing client relationships and responding to both residential and commercial losses.
- Achieve effort goals by consistently performing necessary daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Log daily interactions and relevant information in the companys CRM software: Salesforce.
- Identify key local targets and provide demonstrations and presentations
- Enter locations (some affected by water and fire) to engage with customer direct the estimation process and coordinate the pack out or delivery affected items
- Supervise assigned personnel and ensure teamwork and adherence to company policies.
- Properly operate the company vehicles in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and company procedures.
- Exhibit a professional neat and clean appearance that represents the Unified Restorations brand well.
- Be advised that as a member of the Unified Restorations team occasionally you may be asked to perform activities outside the scope of your job as a Director of Sales that are not listed in this job description.
Skills Required:
- The successful Director of Sales candidate will have a proven track record of success in relationshipbased sales meeting sales objectives and leading sales teams.
- Will be a selfstarter with excellent communication skills and able to relate to people on all levels.
- Will have the ability to speak persuasively and confidently and be comfortable in meetings and presentations as well as in documenting and tracking sales activities.
- Will be a stellar sales professional who represents the company brand exceedingly well.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. go up a ladder or scaffolding as needed and be able to stand for extended periods.
- Be able to travel to meet customers (this could be out of town).
Required Background
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry. Insurance adjuster knowledge a plus.
- Five or more years of businesstobusiness outside sales experience including consultative selling
- Valid drivers license.
- Fundamental understanding of outside sales and businesstobusiness sales tactics and techniques
- Ability to communicate build relationships provide customer service prioritize account forecast / planning negotiate and have superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform without direct supervision
- Ability to work after hours and be oncall after normal business hours
- Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office Excel Outlook etc.) a must
Compensation
- The range is expected to be between $60000 and $130000
- Our compensation package rewards success and includes a base salary plus commission and a company car or car allowance at the discretion of the company.
