Experience working in a legacy application support development environment. Able to support program staff with story lifecycle management which includes using the User Story work item for Creating and Managing requirements and adding artifacts obtained from the business. Be able to develop supporting artifacts based on interviews with the technical and business team write acceptance criteria assist with the development of acceptance criteria and migrate user stories from committed to readyfortest processes.
Demonstrated ability to develop key deliverables (e.g. traceability matrix) using tools such as MS PowerPoint; and MS Excel MS Word Visio or other diagramming software.
Experience functioning as a BA on a largescale enterpriselevel application.
Good communication and writing skills.
Ability to interact with a diverse group composed of various lines of business and technical staff.
Preferred
Experience working with or in the State of Ohio or within the public sector.
Experience working with COBOL applications.
