Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone email or chat
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Identify and assess customers needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
Candidate Profile Required:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in IT Processes.
- Engineering Graduates preferred (B.Tech/BE/BCA)
- Strong phone contact handling and IT skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
