KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Budgeting Forecasting Financial Analysis
- Assists in the annual budgeting process
- Assists in the preparation of Financial Statements forecast including but not limited to P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow/Cash Position
- Performs financial reviews/analysis on service agreements pricing and costing parameters and other projects and agreements
- Provides monthly budget vs. actual expenditure reports to management and each Department for guidance and planning
2. Management Reporting
- Prepares analyzes and communicates accurately and in a timely manner the financial reports for the management such as but not limited to the following: (1) financial statements (2) financial highlights (3) financial ratios (4) Profit and Loss Statements per Department and per Project
- Prepares other management reports and presentation materials as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably CPA
- At least 3 years of related work experience in general accounting/ financial reporting/management reporting/ budget reporting in a corporate setup
- Has experience in preparing management reports financial statements and budget reports.
