Work setup: Hybrid 2x a Week WFH
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or certificate in marketing design or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 510 years at a digital agency consultancy design firm or similar company or within a corporate digital design team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design software including Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Figma. Working knowledge of Workfront is a plus
- Detailed knowledge of the use of digital systems and workflows as well as broad knowledge of print marketing communications event and other design processes. You stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends technologies and bestpractice
- A strong command of the English language
- A good understanding of the bigger picture helping to spot diagnose and solve design problems and guide the teams work
Qualifications:
- Youll directly manage the creative planning execution and delivery of a variety of design projects with a specialization in digital work. Youll stay ahead of issues and ensuring ontime and onbudget delivery
- Youll work closely with designers and partner with studio leaders to constantly improve output. Youll understand needs and constraints provide feedback to designers and stay up to date on brand and process changes
- Youll manage projects and complex programs. Youll assign tasks provide guidance and support and evaluate performance to help build a positive culture and a high performing team
- Youll manage the quality of deliverables. Youll ensure all design work meets our high standards and provide feedback where necessary
- Youll act as a primary liaison with internal clients. Youll champion their needs proactively communicate and consult leveraging your expertise regarding the best design processes and any potential tradeoffs to help meet their objectives
