Job Description
Requirements:
- 1015 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing / corporate communications as an accounts manager/team lead
- Experience in direct client/stakeholder management and communication
- Years of experience in a corporate organization or setting
- Strong background in project management with a good grasp of project management tools
- Experience and a good understanding of the dynamics of creative production is a plus
- Exceptional skills in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to coordinate manage and track a high volume of work assignments
- An effective communicator with a strong command of the English language
- Amenable to working on a night shift (US) schedule.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in BGC Taguig
Job Description:
- Develop and monitor project plans schedules work hours budgets and expenditures.
- Organize attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations (NA and Manila) and external vendors (e.g. translators printers) to ensure project success.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise acting as the liaison between clients team members and external vendors.
- Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders.
