Job Description
- Install and manage payment controls within the SWIFT environment.
- Administer token management processes including:
o Token setup
o Token and password resets
o Token cancellation or retirement - Manage O2M PKI certificates.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and resolve related problems.
- Handle 700 series transactions related to guarantees and letters of credit.
- Work with ISO 20022 and CAT7 trade messages.
- Initiate and manage RMA (Relationship Management Application) messages with banks.
- Track payments through SWIFT essentials and maintain accuracy.
- Utilize Bankers World Online for various banking operations.
- Address software issues and manage regular updates within the SWIFT system.
- Apply knowledge of cloud technologies (Lite 2) and AUB client server environments.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SWIFT administration or a related IT field.
- Strong background in payment systems and controls.
- Proficiency in token management PKI certificates and SWIFT messaging standards.
- Solid understanding of SWIFT infrastructure and related technologies.
- Ability and willingness to learn new SWIFT technologies and tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
