Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Contract Details: Fulltime permanent

Hoxton Wealth is a leading financial services company based in London UK. We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional financial planning and investment management services. As we continue to grow we are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our clients. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a fulltime permanent position based in our London office.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients providing exceptional customer service and support via phone email and inperson interactions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Handle client inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner

Assist clients with account openings transfers and other administrative tasks

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience

Keep uptodate with industry knowledge and company products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients

Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the financial services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
