Job Description
This is a unique opportunity combining work with patients onsite with business development activities giving range of opportunities for further development in the company structure.
It is a hybrid job combining work onsite and from home.
This job is open in whole Silesia. It will require site visits in the region.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate clinical trials onsite ensuring compliance with protocols regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures
- Oversee patient recruitment screening and enrolment processes for assigned clinical trials
- Manage and maintain accurate and complete study documentation including case report forms and regulatory files
- Liaise with study sponsors monitors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations
- Support hiring and mentoring new site coordinators and act as their Lead providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and performance
- Build and sustain longlasting relationships with Investigators and Medical Institutions representatives as well as with Milestone One existing and potential clients (sponsors and CROs)
- Support our efforts with active promotion of Milestone One brand by acquiring new clinics and building a network of sites
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and consistency across trial locations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve studyrelated issues
Qualifications :
This job is for you if youre independent natural problemsolver and deeply passionate about assisting health care communities in delivering lifechanging treatments to patients. You must have a college or university degree in Life Sciences and minimum 5 years of experience in as a Study Coordinator on site.
