Required Immediate Joiners Customer Support Executive for Samsung & Havells Clients to join our team at NOIDA. Graduates ( Any Discipline) with minimum ONE YEAR experience & English Proficiency is must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
Providing support and assistance to customers in their native language
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
Staying updated on company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets set by the company
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Customercentric mindset with a strong focus on providing excellent service
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Shifts:
For Male 24*7 (Last shift 4 pm to 1 am) for Females 6 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours window) No transport during odd hours shifts
