Job Title: Corporate Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs developing training content and facilitating training sessions to support the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify training gaps and needs through surveys interviews and observations.
2. Create engaging and interactive training content including manuals guides and presentations.
3. Facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars to employees at all levels.
4. Assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs through evaluations feedback and metrics.
5. Work with subject matter experts managers and employees to ensure training programs meet business objectives.
6. Research and recommend new training methods technologies and best practices.
7. Oversee training budget ensure costeffective solutions and negotiate with vendors.
8. Track and maintain accurate records of employee training participation and progress.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in education Training and Development or a related field.
2. Minimum 35 years of experience in corporate training instructional design.
3. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Certified Trainer (CT) or equivalent.
4. Strong presentation facilitation and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in training software learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
6. Understanding of business operations goals and objectives.
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities audiences and training needs.
