Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bachelors degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite financial software and legal research tools.
- Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent with the ability to anticipate needs and act decisively.
- Problem solver with a creative and resourceful approach.
- Discreet trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to travel as required both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities
Professional Support:
- Manage and coordinate the Directors calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence including emails letters and phone calls ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare proofread and organize legal documents reports and presentations.
- Maintain and manage confidential client files and records.
- Conduct legal and businessrelated research as needed.
- Liaise with clients attorneys and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance and regulatory documents.
Personal Support:
- Coordinate personal appointments household tasks and private events.
- Book travel accommodations and itinerary planning for personal trips.
- Manage household budgets oversee domestic staff and arrange services or repairs.
- Reconcile receipts handle petty cash and maintain financial records for personal expenses.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office supplies and maintain organizational systems.
- Oversee bookkeeping including invoice management receipt reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Coordinate special projects or events both professional and personal.
