Job Vacancy: Plant Manager Purwakarta
Our client a leading company in the aquaculture industry is looking for a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join their team in Purwakarta.
Job Description:
- Lead the operation of the factory to produce feed according to the production plan and quality standards.
- Oversee daytoday operations of the plant ensuring productivity quality and efficiency are maintained.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on plant performance and key issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Mechanical Electrical Engineering Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager.
- Strong analytical strategic thinking leadership and problemsolving skills.
- A growth mindset focused on achieving operational excellence.
