Job Description
STRATEGIC ANALYSIS BUSINESS PLANNING
Annual Plans: Analyze preliminary revenue and budget data for VP approval
Active in the Planning Cycle (rollup plantoactual gap analyses progress reporting etc.)
Distributor Partner (DP) Reporting Accuracy Validation (DP performance live annual business plans etc.)
Support Region Forecasting
Distribution Cost Budget Analyses
STANDARD REPORTS AND PROCESSES
Invoicing Validation: Accomplishes steps the DPM goes thru currently to validate invoices
Invoicing: Directed to Distributor Partner for cleanup
Standard Reports Innovator (re: continuous improvement on standardized reporting e.g. Chain Performance Tracker)
Ongoing Measurement of Phase 1 DP Management Project Results
Canned Reports (defined by Region DP management project and team needs)
Execution Reporting for RBNA
Region Reporting (issues to cover actions required)
SUPPORT OF OTHER FUNCTIONS
Headquarters
National Accounts
All other functions at Region level as needed
COMMUNICATION
Distributor Partner invoicing directly w/ DP finance departments
RBNA payment center
VP weekly updates preparation for monthly sales meetings
DP Invoice Payables Aging and Problem Status
Qualifications :
2 years experience in Analyst role within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Experience in facilitating working relationships with finance leads at Distributor Partners
Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to convert analytics into insights
Salesorientation understands sales drivers and connections between data and sales execution
Good Communication skills highly organized
Understanding of core distribution roles and organization
Knowledge of retail landscape (local accounts regional accounts and National accounts)
Comfortable in a nonfield role (e.g. 90% in Office)
Ability to work cross functionally with RBNA Region and retailers
Ability to work comfortably with IT techy by nature
HighLevel understanding of RBNA reporting technology and capabilities
Bachelors Degree required
Fluent in English additional language skills an advantage
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $67240 $100860 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
