Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in San Jose California.  This position will be responsible for revenue and gross margin analysis across the HDD Data Center business unit. 

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks of HDD Data Center business unit.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes working closely with crossfunctional teams to develop pricing market share and volume scenarios.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize financial processes and systems

     


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field preferably in a large organization

Skills:

  • Advanced skills in financial modeling forecasting and data analysis experience on revenue and gross margin.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Excel Power BI and financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent data visualization and reporting capabilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent work.
