Your Role:
Align people and change strategy with business objectives for successful transformation

Build and maintain relationships with top decisionmakers
Take an active role in business development and strategy execution
About You:
4 years of experience in organizational transformation leadership alignment and stakeholder management
Strong background in management consulting and account management
Passion for guiding organizations through major transformations
Affinity with technology and its impact on modern work environments
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with senior clients and colleagues
Creative thinker who thrives on innovation and problemsolving
Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English French and Dutch
