We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness lead generation and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking creativity and analytical skills to manage campaigns digital marketing branding and market research effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to enhance brand positioning.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital social media print events etc.).
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.
Branding & Communications:
- Strengthen brand identity through creative campaigns and messaging.
- Oversee content creation for blogs social media email marketing and website.
- Manage PR activities press releases and media outreach.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and manage SEO/SEM PPC and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic conversion rates and other KPIs using tools like Google Analytics.
- Optimize marketing automation tools and CRM to enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee email marketing strategies to nurture leads and increase customer retention.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Gather insights through surveys focus groups and data analytics.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on datadriven insights.
Event & Partnership Marketing:
- Organize and manage corporate events trade shows and sponsorships.
- Build strategic partnerships with influencers industry leaders and affiliates.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop comarketing initiatives.
Team Leadership & Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
