Are You Ready to Take Ownership of Talent Acquisition
As a Recruitment Officer you ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of highquality candidates who exceed client expectations. You ll own the entire recruitment lifecycle focus on validating and endorsing top talent and actively contribute to workmate retention and onboarding success.
What You ll Do
Client Collaboration
Work closely with CSMs and clients to conduct role and skill calibration sessions ensuring clear benchmarks for quality candidate endorsements.
Assist in client onboarding providing expert insights into candidate selection and addressing earlystage concerns.
Act as a trusted advisor by sharing market insights recruitment strategies and rolespecific expertise to align hiring objectives.
Candidate Evaluation & Endorsement
Create performancebased job descriptions with measurable outcomes and success metrics.
Use a variety of tools and channels (e.g. skill tests certifications reference checks) to validate candidate skills and experience.
Ensure all endorsements are documented in a comprehensive hiring scorecard for client review including competency ratings validations and detailed notes.
Retention & Onboarding Support
Take responsibility for workmate retention during their first three months actively monitoring performance and resolving issues in collaboration with clients and CSMs.
Support workmate onboarding to ensure alignment with client expectations and seamless integration into the organization.
Process Improvement & Expertise
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring accurate and uptodate candidate records.
Stay informed on recruitment trends and tools continuously improving evaluation strategies to enhance the quality of hires.
Identify opportunities to reduce timetofill and increase endorsementtohire ratios implementing at least two process improvements in the first three months.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
Build strong rapport with CSMs and clients by participating in role and skill calibration sessions to align hiring expectations.
Ensure 100% accuracy of candidate records in the ATS and use the hiring scorecard consistently for endorsements.
Assist in onboarding at least three new hires ensuring alignment with client expectations and addressing earlystage challenges.
First 3 Months
Take responsibility for workmate retention during the first three months ensuring a proactive approach to performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Achieve a 15% improvement in endorsementtohire ratios through refined evaluation and validation processes.
Propose and implement two process improvements to reduce the average timetofill.
First 6 Months
Achieve a 20% reduction in timetofill by optimizing workflows and ensuring efficient use of tools and channels.
Attain a 95% satisfaction rate from both clients and candidates during onboarding.
Maintain a steady increase in the quality of hires demonstrated by retention rates and positive client feedback.
MustHaves:
Proven expertise in endtoend recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition and validation processes.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Zoho preferred) and tools for validating skills and experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to build trust with clients and candidates.
