Job Description
- Manage mentor and develop the project management team overseeing their work and performance
- Constantly identify implement and socialize the most effective processes tools and systems to keep the department current with worldclass best practices
- Collaborate with brand teams and agency leadership to create achievable and measurable project plans that include regular status reporting
- Identify and pursue opportunities to foster crosstraining to help build a strong foundation for team
- Oversee execution workflow and resourcing of projects across all brands and business units
- Actively manage and build rapport with executive clients
- Lead and develop comprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with agency leadership and disciplines leads
- As needed serve as program manager for highvisibility projects
- Actively contribute to the development of the agencys culture and standards of quality
Qualifications :
- 710 years in an advertising agency environment managing projects as well as largescale agency and client teams; and at least 2 years of management/leadership experience
- Experience working across multiple forms of media to include video print POS web content mobile and social
- Deep understanding of project management work flow and infrastructure overall project lifecycles and management methodologies/styles
- Expert knowledge of project management tools such as: Smart Sheet Excel Jira ClickUp & Ziflow
- A proven history of managing small to large size integrated campaigns
- Ability to interact with clients at an executive level
- Exceptional planning coordination and management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exhibit strong decisionmaking skills
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Pay Range: $160000 $180000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
