The Responsibilities
As Controller Opex for Commercial Functions you will:
- Own the Numbers: Ensure accurate accruals and analyze actuals to provide clear and actionable insights
- Budget and Forecasting: Lead the forecasting and budget followup process with a laser focus on cost management
- Streamline Structures: Oversee the cost center structure and facilitate approval processes for HQlevel functions
- Support Operations: Provide financial expertise and guidance to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency
- Champion Best Practices: Continuously improve global processes for analyzing functional spending across HQ and markets
- Standardize Reporting: Monitor and align market spending with globally agreed principles for consistency and transparency
- Enhance Compliance: Ensure all reporting activities meet internal controls accounting standards and regulatory requirements
